Christmas Gift Distribution
Some of the HON Board Members were lucky enough to be on the ground in Sri Lanka when the gifts were distributed one Christmas. As always, the children were overjoyed to recieve these parcels, packed especially for each child by name. We wish all our dedicated volunteers who pack the gifts could be on the ground and see the impact themselves, but hopefully these pictures convey the absolute joy on the other end thanks to your support! Grace Home Visit
HON member Sharminie Niles first visited the Grace Home (funded by HON) in 2014, and has since made several visits, most recently in December 2023. As you can see from the photos, the girls are a cheeky, fun-loving bunch who are well-cared for by their loving "house-mother". HON has subsequently facilitated the girls being accepted from the local village school into a much better city school. As a result, the girls are now in the school hostel accomodation, funded by HON.
